Payment & booking questions
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe's secure checkout. We do not store your card details.
When do I schedule my session?
Immediately after payment you'll see our calendar and can pick a time that suits you.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. A receipt is emailed automatically, and a tax invoice can be issued on request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with 24 hours' notice. Refund terms are set out in our Terms of Service.
