1. Services
Dotcom AI Consultancy provides advisory and implementation services as described on the Services page. Deliverables and scope for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. Payment
Fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are payable in advance by card via Stripe. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
3. Scheduling and cancellation
Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

4. Confidentiality and intellectual property
We treat client information as confidential. Deliverables created for you become your property on full payment; our pre-existing methods and templates remain ours.

Our advice is provided in good faith based on the information you supply. Decisions to implement recommendations remain your responsibility. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
6. Governing law
